Training staff

The homes have been operational for nearly 4 years now and the number of children has grown tremendously. Both the project leaders and the staff have been able to acquire a lot of experience in the daily routine and management of the homes in the past years. We aim to keep the quality of the care for the children up to high standard and would like to expand and also offer  an adequate education counseling program.

To be able to achieve this we will have to offer extra training and education to the staff, so that they can grow together with the developments at the homes. This is also a good investment for the staff themselves because they will be eligible for promotion and/ or a salary raise. After all, the staff at the homes has a complete family to take care of and therefore an investment in the staff has a positive effect on the whole family.

For the staff to be able to develop and educate themselves more we want to reserve 350,- euro per member of staff per year to follow a relevant education, course or training.

Total amount needed per year based on 12 members of staff: 4200,- euro.
