What exactly is volunteer work? Why would become a volunteer? And why would you choose to work as a volunteer in our projects in Kenya?

As a volunteer you are making an effort to help somebody else. In our projects you will be helping children. Children who are a lot less lucky than we are. Children who have lost their parents due to diseases. Rejected children. Or children whose parents were not able to take care of them due to extreme poverty.

As a volunteer you can make a real difference! You will see direct results of your contribution: a child that learned something new, a smiling face, a child enjoying some personal attention.

And the fun thing of volunteering is that you not only contribute to somebody else’s life, it is also an enriching experience for yourself.
