Working together to improve the social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of orphans and street children in Mombasa – Kenya.

S2S Foundation was founded for the financial support, through fundraising, of an orphanage and a rehabilitation centre of street boys.

Mombasa has its share of approximately 60.000 orphans in the age group between 0-18 years old. In Kenya this amount is 1.7 million children. Most of the children are victims of the increasing HIV/ AIDS problem which is the cause of death of the parents. Read more

The Kenyan-Dutch couple Matheka and Ria Munyasya are the initiators of the projects in Kenya. During a tribal war Mathekas father was killed. This tragic event was the reason that Matheka wanted to found an orphanage to help children who lost their parents as well. Therefore the orphanage is renamed after Mathekas father: Dickson Children Centre.

It has always been Ria and Mathekas passion to help the people of Africa and to teach them about God and the Bible.
